We clear overgrown vegetation and regrowth, old fencing and gates, collapsed outbuildings, concrete paths, driveways and slabs, retaining walls, water tanks and tank stands, disused septic tanks, car bodies, scrap steel, tyres, timber piles and years of general rubbish.

Building soon? If a builder is following us, we clear to a level the surveyor and the slab crew can work from — stumps and footings out, spoil removed rather than pushed into a corner, and access sorted so the concrete trucks can actually get in.

Deceased estates and pre-sale. These jobs are usually more emotional than technical, and often on a settlement deadline. We work through them methodically, set aside anything the family wants kept, and get the property presentable for photos and inspections.

Rural blocks. Around Gympie, the Mary Valley and the hinterland we deal with steeper ground, dams, long driveways and old farm infrastructure. We bring machines matched to the access rather than the biggest thing on the truck.

What we sort out first: vegetation clearing rules vary between councils and some trees are protected, so we check before anything comes down. If there's bonded asbestos on site — old fibro sheds, dumped sheeting, AC roofing — we're Class B licensed for non-friable ACM and remove it lawfully with tracked disposal, instead of it quietly going into a general waste load.

Materials are separated where we can, steel goes to scrap, and the rest is tipped at licensed facilities. You get a clean block, not a relocated mess.
