Demolition and Strip-Out — Sunshine Coast

Recent coastal work includes end-to-end delivery of a full residential demolition at Peregian Beach — scoping, service disconnection coordination, licensed demolition partner engagement, waste streaming and cleared-site handover — and a pre-demolition salvage and soft strip at Sunshine Beach, recovering timber, fixtures and architectural elements to cut landfill volume and disposal cost ahead of the main works. We have also delivered a full rural property strip-out and clear-out in the Noosa hinterland for a real estate client on a sale-preparation deadline.

For builders: we self-perform strip-out and salvage, manage demolition through licensed partners, and hold a Class B asbestos licence — non-friable ACM only (WorkSafe QLD no. 3030415). One contractor, one point of accountability, from make-safe to cleared slab.
