- Do you do full house or structural demolition?
- No, we conduct small scale hand demolition, in non-load bearing structures that don't require a demolition license.
- What about asbestos in an older home?
- Plenty of pre-1990 Queensland homes have bonded asbestos in fibro sheeting, eaves, roofing or vinyl tiles. We're Class B licensed — non-friable ACM only — so that work is removed lawfully, tracked and disposed of at licensed facilities, without you chasing a separate contractor.
- Do you take the rubbish away?
- Always. The price we quote includes loading out, tipping and leaving your block clean. You will not be left with a pile of debris or a skip to sort.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on size, access, materials and disposal distance, so we don't publish guess prices. We come out, look at the job and give you a fixed written quote for free.
