The demolition part of a renovation is the part homeowners underestimate. We do it in days, not weekends, and your trades walk into a clean, ready space.
We strip kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and whole floors of a house: cabinetry, benchtops, appliances, wall and floor tiles, screeds, baths, showers, vanities, carpet, vinyl, floating floors, plasterboard, ceilings, cornices, built-ins and non-structural walls.
Doing it yourself is where reno budgets go wrong. Tiled bathroom walls and bedded screeds are heavy, sharp and slow. Tip fees add up fast, trailer loads eat weekends, and a half-stripped room stops every trade behind it. Getting a strip-out done in one hit keeps your tiler, plumber and cabinetmaker on the dates they gave you.
We protect what stays. Floor and stair protection, plastic dust screening between the work zone and the rest of the house, doorways sealed, and fans and extraction where the dust is worst. If you're living in the house through the reno, tell us and we'll stage it so you keep a bathroom or a kitchen running as long as possible.
Older homes. Pre-1990 bathrooms, laundries and kitchens often have bonded asbestos behind the tiles, under the vinyl or in the eaves and wet-area sheeting. We're Class B licensed for non-friable (bonded) ACM, so if we find it, it's removed lawfully and disposed of at a licensed facility rather than your renovation stopping dead while you find someone.
Structure. We don't guess with load-bearing walls. If a wall you want gone is structural, we'll tell you what you need from an engineer or builder before it comes out, and coordinate with them from there.
Everything is loaded out and carted away as we go. You get the room back at bare studs, slab or floorboards — swept, clear and ready for the next trade.
How It Works
Call or send a couple of photos. We come out, have a look, and give you a fixed written price with no obligation and no pressure.
We lock in a day that suits you, sort the permits, disconnections and paperwork, and let you know exactly what happens on the day.
We knock it down, load it out and cart it away. You come home to a tidy, level block — not a pile of debris to deal with.
Non-friable (bonded) ACM — fibro sheeting, eaves, vinyl tiles and asbestos cement roofing — safely removed, wrapped and lawfully disposed of.
Rusty tin sheds, leaning carports and old fibro garages taken away, slab out if you want it gone.
Pool tile strip-out before resurfacing and above ground pool dismantling and removal — carted away clean. No concrete or fibreglass inground pools.
Overgrown blocks, old fences, concrete, tanks and years of accumulated rubbish cleared off.
